Algo que se me ocurrió mientras hacía tarea de inglés!
Afer wandering about for a long time, I found him, sitting on the sand a few meters away. I was tired, and the heat of that sunny day didn´t make things any better. I wanted to scold him for running away from me in such short notice, but I was relieved he was still there.
Suddenly, he was on his foot. Oh how he was beautiful! He looked over his shoulder and waved at me. He then started to walk towards the sea. He never stopped. Deeper and deeper, he sank. And I did nothing. I didn´t even cry for help, I didn´t even yell him to stop, for that was his will. I practically killed him.
Oh, what a sunny day! No cloud could be seen!
Despúes de tanta búsqueda, al fin lo encontré. Se hallaba sentado sobre la arena, unos pocos metros nos separaban. Estaba cansada y el intenso calor de aquel soleado día no hacía más que empeorar las cosas. Cómo lo retaría por haberse ido de mi lado tan tempranamente, pero me aliviaba que aún estuviera allí.
Repentinamente se puso de pie. ¡Qué hermoso era! Miró por sobre su hombro en mi dirección y me saludó. Sin más se encaminó hacia el mar. Nunca se detuvo. Lo observé hundirse en lo más profundo del mar. Y no hice nada. No intente pedir ayuda, ni siquiera le grité que parara porque esa era su voluntad. Prácticamente, fui su asesina.
¡Oh, pero qué hermoso día! No había ni una nube!
